Emirates to Hire 5,000 cabin crew

Emirates is gearing up for the imminent arrival of its new fleet of Airbus A350s by launching a distinctive global cabin crew recruitment campaign. This initiative is primarily tailored for recent or soon-to-be graduates who are stepping into the workforce. The airline is specifically reaching out to individuals with internships or part-time work experience, as well as those with approximately a year of background in hospitality or customer service.

In 2024, open days and assessments will take place in over 460 cities across six continents. This recruitment effort aligns with the airline's reception of the highly anticipated A350s, expected from mid-year, and the Boeing 777-Xs, scheduled for delivery starting in 2025.

With the aim of adding 5,000 new recruits, this initiative will increase the current cabin crew numbers of the Dubai-based carrier by 25 percent. Emirates offers its cabin crew members a competitive, tax-free salary and flying pay, along with benefits such as annual leave tickets, furnished accommodation, transportation to and from work, and comprehensive medical, life, and dental insurance coverage. Additionally, cabin crew members are entitled to profit-sharing, hotel stays, layover expenses, concessional travel, and cargo benefits.
